Value Added Tax (VAT):
We are VAT registered and all quoted fees are exclusive of VAT. In addition to the stated fees VAT will be applicable at the government applied rate currently 20%.

Legal Costs: We are pleased to offer our services for sale and purchase of residential property. Our legal costs for selling or buying a residential property depend upon the value of the property.

Our legal services and advice will include the following
1. Opening your matter and verification of your ID's
2. Conducting Money laundering checks
3. Corresponding with solicitors by telephone, email, fax and post
4. Consideration of legal paperwork received from solicitors
5. Raising questions with the solicitors in respect of the transaction
6. Reverting to you as to the same by telephone, email and post
7. Attending clients in office to consider and execute legal paperwork
8. Liaising with the other side and or broker if applicable with regards to progress of your matter
9. Preparation and dealing with the exchange of contracts
10. Preparation of completion
11. Completion and post Completion matter
12. Return of any documents to you
13. Closure of your matter

Disbursements:
In order to complete a sale transaction following disbursements / Expense are highly likely:
1. Search fees: Standard searches includes: Local search, drainage and water search and environmental search starts from £190.00, searches vary depending the location of the property.
2. Registration Fees: Dependent upon nature and value of the transaction. Accurate fees applicable can be found on https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hm-land-registry-registration-services-fees
3. Office Copies Fees: For sale transaction, seller solicitors provide office copies and plan with contract pack. Fee for retrieving the offices copies and plan can be found on HM Land Registry website by using: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hm-land-registry-information-services-fees
4. Bank Transfer Fees: These are payable to the Bank for Telegraphic Transfers (TT) of fund for either sale or purchase. Latest details of charges can be found by visiting: https://www.lloydsbank.com/business/payments/bacs.html
6. Any other incidental expense for example retrieving additional copies of probate or letter of administration
Admin Charges:
These fixed administration charges are fees charged for work not including under the head of legal costs as the tasks do not fall under legal work and are of administrative nature.

* Subject to Counsel Opinion, Legal Services for Judicial Review proceedings can be offered on No win No fee Basis. Upon successful completion, Clients are liable to pay the costs of the proceedings however, in case of the Home Office is ordered to pay the costs or the Home Office has agreed to pay the costs, the client can claim back the costs payable to the legal representatives.
